Jump on a train at Union Station in DC and 3 hours later you are in the middle of New York. This picture doesn’t do it justice, but I found out very quickly that NYC is hectic. Too many people. Not enough space. Everyone going a different direction.
I still can’t believe we saw a show in Ford’s Theatre. It was a great show, but surreal to be sitting there looking at President Lincoln’s box.
The Library of Congress is full of surprises.
I will post a video later, but this was a giant circle so these two pictures don’t do it justice. Jefferson sold his entire book collection to the US Congress. It’s an impressive collection.
