 We bought these in Michigan when we were on vacation several years ago. I'm definitely transplanting a few in our new yard (wherever that might be).

 As we were retracing our steps back uptown, we had to stop and see the Memorial at night.
 It is impressive but it’s not the Twin Towers. Maybe over time it will grow into that role.
 People rode their bikes to work at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. These were never picked up.
 If you go to the 911 Memorial, I highly recommend listening to the radio log of United Airlines Flight 93 that crashed in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It is heartbreaking to hear people call their loved ones, but it is inspiring to listen as they make decisions for the good of all of us. For them to understand (sort of) what is going on is amazing. Especially when you consider this was pre-911 for the. Nothing like this had ever happened and they were in the middle if it. God Bless them and their families.
This section was nice to see since we heard so much about it during our tour of the Pentagon a few days earlier.
It unimaginable to see these steel beams and firetrucks twisted and melted.
 This firehouse was from Staten Island (?). The door was painted afterwards with the help of a high school student.
